I’d define our coaching sessions as “energetic removal of emotional barriers”. This experience changed me so much. It helped me root in, and become more self-confident. And I finally feel that I am the leading character of my life and story. I felt fully understood and supported, within and between sessions. Also, the exercises helped me on those occasions where I needed to pull out something that was encumbering me (even though I’m not always constant in my practice). I often go back to the recap of our work together, and I build on it. I feel that I’m getting nearer and nearer to realizing my initial desire […] This kind of work is well worth the investment!
